These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the gamepilled.com website (the "Site") and the Game Pilled publishing app (the "App"), both operated by Game Pilled ("Game Pilled," "we," "us"). By using the Site or the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

You may read, share links to, and enjoy the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with how it works.

The Game Pilled App

The App is an internal tool Game Pilled uses to publish its own videos to its own social media accounts, including TikTok (@GamePilledShow). It is not offered to the public. Any use of the App must also follow the terms and policies of each connected platform.

Content ownership

Unless stated otherwise, the articles, videos, graphics, logos, and other material on the Site and on Game Pilled's social accounts are owned by Game Pilled or used with permission. You may not copy, republish, or sell our content without our written permission, except as allowed by law (for example, fair use or quoting with a link back).

Video games, films, trademarks, and other works we discuss belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in our content is for commentary, criticism, review, or news and does not imply endorsement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone else's rights using the Site;
• attempt to hack, overload, scrape at scale, or disrupt the Site or the App;
• impersonate Game Pilled or misrepresent your connection with us;
• upload or send malware, spam, or abusive material to us.

Third-party platforms and links

The Site and App connect to or link to third-party services such as TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. We don't control those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers

The Site and App are provided "as is" and "as available." Our content is opinion, commentary, and entertainment. It is not professional advice. We don't promise that the Site will always be available, error-free, or that information is always complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Game Pilled will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or App. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of USD $50 or the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
